I love seeing your posts! You are so full of life and wonderfulness. Have been met with a lot of hate from random strangers on facebook. remote friends from youth who have turned ultra conservative, and their friends who are full of hate. seeing your posts makes a few things right in my universe!

Dude. I feel your pain. My sleep study place didn’t even have a television. The cpap mask gives me panic attacks…while I’m sleeping. As in hyperventilating, ripping the thing off. No thank you. So I continue to suffer. Perhaps we were separated at birth. Keep us up to date…

Hi Suz, I have sleep apnea and I can’t stand the masks either. I use a devise that just puts “pillows” in your nose. This works really well for me. It is not so consticting. Plus it does not get my nose hot like the masks did.

The best mac and cheese is in the south. You must go to Parkers in Savannah, Georgia. It’s a gas station with downhome and upscale food (yes, I can use that in the same sentence), gift items, wine and sort of a cafeteria set up. The mac and cheese is so good you want to wallow in it. And the collard greens are to die for, if a little salty. Girls, it’s time for a road trip!
